I know that reaching out can be difficult and takes a lot of courage. I aim to provide you with an environment where you feel safe. I do this by offering you the opportunity to explore your issues without being judged. My goal is to support you through listening, empathy, encouragement and acceptance, in order for you to find clarity and freedom.

 

My counselling approach is eclectic as I am guided by your needs and who you are. Fundamentally I take a person-centered approach. Complimentary to this, I draw on a variety of approaches that include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis (TA) Gestalt Therapy and incorporating Attachment Theory and the latest from Neuroscience.

 

Together we can explore opportunities and identify skills, tools and strategies that make sense to you. Moving forward and with my support, you can choose to work through your issues, focus on your wellbeing, and begin to live the life you want.
